We all breathe the same air. Everything is connected through breath. Interdependent, body and mind, humans and nature; inseparable – woven by the web of breath. Omnipresent. Introduction to the regenerative and spiritual power of the natural breath. Focused breathing meditation. During two evenings, TK Rinpoche shows Universal Ethics – the view recalling common ground in a world of diversity and its practical application – physical exercises, meditation and breathing to connect body, mind, and breath. No prior knowledge is needed. The Workshop will be held in English language.
About Akasha Training
Akasha Training is taught by Tulku Khyungdor Rinpoche both as a preparation to an authentic Buddhist path of practice, and for general regenerative purpose. The training includes exercises to connect body and mind, based on ancient Tantric Buddhism (Vajrayana) and traditional Daoist and Chinese medicine practices. Holistic methods of western medicine are also essential parts. Akasha Training is therefore helpful for medical purposes as well as for the regeneration of body and mind and also shows whether there is a capacity for learning the original Buddhist path of practice. What should I bring to the workshop?
We would suggest wearing flexible clothing with layers, which allows you to move and sit comfortably. You can also bring a notebook to write down the exercises, especially on the second evening.
Should I prepare in any way to the training?
There is no preparation necessary. It might be helpful not to eat heavily just before the training starts.
How do I get to the Akasha Academy?
Akasha Academy Munich is located at Stöberlstraße 68, 80686 Munich.

Tramline 18 – Stop: Agnes Bernauer Straße plus a 5 minute walk
U-Bahn/subway U5 – Stop: Laimer Platz plus a 10 minute walk

- There are also parking possibilities around the streets of Akasha Academy, but they are often limited in this area.
What language will the workshop be held in?
The training is usually held in English. German translation is being offered for those who need support.
What if I get ill and can’t participate?
If you get ill or something unexpected happens, please contact us and we will find a solution. We would recommend moving your registration to the following workshop. If this is not convenient for you, we would retain 30% of the participation fee to cover the costs of the change.
How about covid measures?
In order to ensure a safe event for everyone, the workshop is being organised based on current infection control regulations as well as regulations referring to distance, ventilation and masks. The number of participation spots is therefore limited.
What if I have a chronic illness to be considered?
Please tell us in advance if you have any relevant chronic or acute illnesses, as well as major surgeries or joint issues so that we are aware of your conditioning. Note that the workshop is not a therapy nor medical treatment and cannot replace them, and therefore the participation to the workshop is at your own risk. No liability is assumed for injuries on persons, property or financial damage.
